LongHorn Steakhouse® needs no introduction, however, the “casual dining” experience has been on the decline in recent years, losing ground to the growing popularity of “fast casual” chains. The brand needed new and refreshing ways to engage with their existing loyalists, acquire new members into their hospitality club and drive incremental and new visits to over 400 restaurant locations. Evolve was up to the challenge. Through a series of digital efforts that included, microsites, Facebook campaigns, sweepstakes and digital advertising, we successfully increased their club membership from 2 million to 4 million and their Facebook followers from 500,000 to over 1 million. Now we’re on to the next goal!
