Central Florida’s first commuter rail required a tremendous amount of outreach and business development support to excite, inform and prepare the community. Evolve led a variety of initiatives including a full-scale earned and paid media campaign with all video, content and graphic elements; business development and corporate ticket sales; creation of an award-winning Train Safety Awareness Program soliciting support from local government, fire departments and law enforcement; on board train advertising sales and production; website design, development and execution in cooperation with SunRail technology vendors and much more. Current efforts include ridership and business development, exploration of additional revenue opportunities, customer satisfaction, surveys, social media engagement, corporate presentations, and communications planning and execution in preparation of the I-4 Ultimate expansion commencing early 2015.
