Digital Account + Project Manager

Evolve Design Group is currently looking for a Digital Account + Project Manager. This unique role combines the responsibilities of account & project managers, so as to secure strong, lasting client relationships, while also ensuring the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and handed over on time and on budget.

Job Type: 3-Month Contract to Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet customer goals
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as both a digital project manager and account manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Hands on experience with project management software
  • Experience with PM methodologies, with at least waterfall and agile workflows
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS/JS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of user engagement software
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Superb organization and time management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • A degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field and PMP certification
